Atwater Historical Society sponsors show for July 2015 meeting.


Coming to our Meeting Wednesday, July 22, at 6:30PM

The Atwater Historical Society is sponsoring, Portage county Sheriff
Department’s K-Nine Dog, ” Cooper”. He and his Partner will show capturing a thief ,
finding drugs, tracking and other skills.

This is a free show and open to the public.

The event will be held at the front yard of the Society Museum
located at 1219 State Route 183 next to the Atwater Town Hall.

There will be free drinks and snacks. Bring the Kids!

Due to this being an outdoor event, please bring a chair.

  1. Looking for info on one-room school that had been on Stroup Rd (I believe that perhaps was the road) where my grandmother Ruby Royer taught around 1918..Any info ? Karen
